Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Situations

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  2. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@atreusautoparts.com.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please email us at info@atreusautoparts.com.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Additional Charges

  • Refunds will take up to 7 days to process after approval.
  • A 25% restocking charge will apply in cases where there are no refunds or exchanges allowed.
