Return & Refund Policy

How returns, exchanges, and refunds work on parts sourced through Atreus Autoparts.

1. Starting a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by calling (888) 491-3192. Parts returned without a prior RMA may be refused or subject to delayed processing. Have your order or ticket number ready when you call.

2. Standard Return Window

Most parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging where applicable. Return shipping costs for buyer's-remorse returns (a change of mind, not a defect or mismatch) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Wrong-Part or Fitment Returns

If a part does not match the specifications quoted against your VIN, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange, correct-part replacement, or refund at no additional shipping cost to you, provided the part has not been installed or altered.

4. Defective or Damaged-in-Transit Parts

If a part arrives damaged or is found to be defective on arrival, report it within 7 days of delivery so we can file a timely claim with the carrier or supplier. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (ECMs, sensors, wiring harnesses) that have been installed or programmed.
  • Special-order or custom-sourced parts located specifically for your order, unless defective or mismatched from the original quote.
  • Parts showing evidence of installation, physical damage after delivery, or improper handling.
  • Fluids, gaskets, and seals once removed from original packaging.

6. Restocking Fees

Returns made for reasons other than a defect, shipping damage, or fitment mismatch (i.e., a change of mind) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the part price to cover supplier and handling costs, deducted from your refund.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned part being received and inspected. Core charges are refunded separately according to our Core Charge Policy.

8. Core Charges on Returns

If your part included a refundable core charge, that portion is handled under our Core Charge Policy and is not affected by whether the part itself is returned.
