1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations may be available on a case-by-case basis — ask your specialist when you call.

2. Handling & Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, most parts are pulled, inspected, and packaged within 1–3 business days. Special-order or hard-to-find parts may require additional sourcing time, which your specialist will estimate on the call.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard ground shipping for most small and mid-size parts, typically arriving within 2–7 business days depending on distance from the shipping origin.
  • Palletized LTL freight for large or heavy items such as engines, transmissions, and body panels, typically arriving within 3–10 business days. Freight deliveries may require a signature and, for residential addresses, a liftgate service.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost on select items — ask your specialist for options and pricing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on part size, weight, shipping method, and destination, and are quoted as part of your total price before you approve an order.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your order ships, sent by text or email based on the contact information provided at the time of order.

6. Delivery Issues

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at (888) 491-3192 as soon as possible so we can file a timely claim with the carrier. Please inspect freight deliveries at the time of delivery when possible, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

7. Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address carefully when placing your order by phone. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-shipment due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

8. Freight Appointment Scheduling

Large freight shipments may require a delivery appointment. The freight carrier or our team will contact you to schedule delivery once the shipment reaches your local terminal.
