1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, requesting a callback, or placing an order with Atreus Autoparts, LLC ("Atreus Autoparts," "we," "us") by phone, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order with us.
2. How Orders Work
Atreus Autoparts does not process orders through an online shopping cart. All orders are quoted and confirmed by phone. A quote provided verbally or by email is not a binding order until you affirmatively approve the price, part condition, and estimated ship time, and payment is processed.
3. Pricing & Availability
Pricing on used and salvage inventory can change based on real-time supplier availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed on your call. Listed part categories on this website are illustrative of what we source and do not represent a fixed catalog or guaranteed in-stock inventory.
4. Part Condition Representations
Parts are described as OEM, new aftermarket, used/recycled, or remanufactured, consistent with the definitions on our Parts & Services page. We rely on grading and testing information provided by our supplier network and pass that information along in good faith; condition descriptions are provided to the best of available information at the time of quote.
5. Payment
Payment is collected by phone via credit/debit card, or via approved invoicing terms for qualifying wholesale and fleet accounts. Orders are not pulled or shipped until payment or an approved purchase order is received.
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines quoted on your call are estimates based on carrier and supplier information available at the time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns, Warranty & Core Charges
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, warranty terms by our Warranty Policy, and any applicable core charges by our Core Charge Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atreus Autoparts' liability for any claim arising from a part or order is limited to the amount paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs for installation or removal of a part, except as required by applicable state law.
9. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes to describe our sourcing services, part categories, and policies. Content on this site does not constitute a binding offer to sell a specific part at a specific price.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal or state consumer protection law in your state of residence.
